POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • The MedAxiom CV Transforum Abstract Review Committee will determine acceptance of the abstract and relationship to other abstracts submitted.  
  • Accepted abstracts will be displayed as electronic poster presentations (ePosters) at the CV Transforum Fall'26.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Authors do not need to be MedAxiom members or ACC members to submit an abstract or otherwise participate in CV Transforum Fall'26. 
  • MedAxiom is unable to reimburse CV Transforum abstract presenters for travel, hotel or per diem expenses.

  1. Value-Based Care (Delivery of care where reimbursement is based on patient health outcomes)
  2. Quality Improvement (Systematic & continuous actions leading to measurable improvement)
  3. Care Delivery & Cost Reduction (Operational, administrative & financial processes)
  4. Implementation Science (Study of methods promoting adoption/implementation of evidence-based practices)
