Flight Arrangements

Group Air and Meetings’ department is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm CST Monday through Friday. Please call 866-339-XXXX or email ---------- with any questions regarding travel.

Arrival Requirements – Please arrive any time on Wednesday, January 1.

Departure Requirements –  Program will conclude at 4:00 PM, we will be hosting a dinner after the program, starting at 6:00 PM. Please schedule your flight to depart after 8:00 PM.

Seat Preference ( SPG will make every effort to obtain the seat of your choice; however, your seat preference cannot be guaranteed, as it is based on availability.

IMPORTANT: Once you receive your itinerary from, please make sure to respond with “approve”, as flights will NOT be booked without your approval.

Program Inclusions

All travel arrangements (airfare, hotel, ground transportation) MUST ONLY BE BOOKED BY SPG only for the duration of the meeting, otherwise SPG cannot pay for these travel related expenses. All airfare will only be booked in Economy class. Hotel room and tax will be hosted by SPG to accomodate you on your chosen events. Ground Transportation is only provided from airport in destination city for the start and conclusion of the program. All other expenses outside of program on your own. SPG does not reimburse for incidental expenses (e.g. parking, coffee or breakfast at the airport, taxi).This question is required.
