FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Which registration option is right for me?
If you can attend all sessions live, the live experience would work well for you. If you need flexibility during the day, the blended experience is perfect. If you are unavailable on October 29, 2026, but don’t want to miss out on the learning, the on-demand package is the best option.

Can I purchase sessions individually?
We do not offer purchases of individual sessions. Hopefully with the 3 registration offerings (live, on-demand, blended) you will find a pathway that meets your scheduling needs to participate in as many sessions as you are interested in. 

In which time zone are the event times listed?
If you registered for the live or blended experience option, all times on the schedule are in the Eastern Time Zone (EDT).

I’m unable to attend live, are the sessions being recorded?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available for viewing in CVENT through November 29, 2026. Recordings will be available to registrants only. You must register to access the recordings. CE or CPD credits are not available from viewing the recordings in CVENT. 

How can I earn CE or CPD credits? Live participants must meet the 50-minute attendance requirement to qualify for a CE/CPD certificate. If you purchased the Blended learning, then you have the additional option to complete the sessions on-demand to earn a CE/CPD certificate. 

When is the last day to register for the event?
You can register at any time, including the day of the event. 

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards and purchase orders (POs) for registration. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

IMPORTANT: To ensure the payment is applied to the correct registration, please include a print-out of your confirmation email or your invoice.

If I have a group to register and would like to use a PO, what is the process?
You can register your group and then click on the PO option when paying. Once your group is registered, we will create a unique invoice with everyone included (rather than individual invoices). 

What if I want to switch my learning path after registration?
If you would like to change your learning path, please log in through the homepage by selecting “Click here to log in” on the top right corner. Once you click through, you can modify your registration type. Please note that if you are changing your registration to one that is a lesser amount, you may need to email us for any partial refunds. 

Who sends the registration confirmation email?

Upon registration you will receive an email from  summits@pearson.com with subject  Registration confirmed for Mental Health Virtual Summit. On the day of the event, click “Go to my event” button to join the sessions. 

What is the Live Event experience option?
You have access to Pearson's Mental Health Virtual Summit live on October 29, 2026, and can experience the Summit as it’s happening!  Interact and engage with your peers and Pearson experts in the chat, add questions for the speakers, and more! Live session attendees will have a chance to earn professional credits, plus general certificates of attendance (COA), and maybe even walk away with one of our surprise giveaways.  

Will the sessions be recorded?

Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for 30 days (through November 29, 2026), but they will not be available for professional credits or COAs. 

I purchased the live option and I’m unable to attend live. Are the sessions being recorded?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available for viewing in CVENT through November 29, 2026. Recordings will be available to registered attendees only, so you must register to accesst them. Please note that CE or CPD credits and certificates of attendance are not available for  viewing the CVENT recordings. 

Can I still earn CE credit if I have to leave the live session early/join late, but I watch the recording?
CE credit is only awarded to learners that attend the live session in its entirety (50-minute minimum attendance is required for a certificate.)

Which virtual platform will be hosting the event?
The event will be hosted by CVENT.   

I registered for the live Mental Health Virtual Summit—how do I join the event on October 29, 2026?
There are several ways to join the event. You can click on the "Go to my event" button in your registration confirmation email. You will also receive an email with an access link closer to the event date. When the time comes, simply click the link in your email to join.

Alternatively, you can return to this registration website and log in using the same email address you used to register — your access link will be available here once the event opens. You may need to enter your email address, phone number, or confirmation number from the confirmation email to log in.

What if I have a question for a speaker during the live event?
During each live presentation there will be a live Q&A session with the speaker(s). At the start of each session, you will be advised to add your questions to the chat. We cannot guarantee there will be time to answer every question.   

Will the presentation slides be available for download?

It is up to the presenter whether they will allow for their slides, or a modified version of them, to be available for download. If the author has agreed to this, they will be available in CVENT on the day of the event and available for 30 days after the live event.   

Will the presentations have closed captioning available?
Yes, all sessions will include closed captioning in English.

Can we submit an accommodation request?
Pearson will make accommodations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you require specific accommodations because of a disability, please email ClinicalTraining@pearson.com at least ten (10) calendar days before the session date so that appropriate arrangements may be made.  

What is the Blended experience option?
Blended experience package offers flexibility to attend any live sessions that fit your availability and access on-demand sessions at your convenience. Participants can earn professional credits for all sessions, regardless of when they are viewed, provided that knowledge checks are successfully completed. On-demand sessions will remain available through December 30, 2026.   

Do I need to choose now which sessions I want to attend live?
No, the benefit to the blended experience is that you get to decide that day which sessions fit in your schedule and which you want to watch on-demand. 

I purchased the Blended experience. When will I get access to the on-demand recordings?
All on-demand sessions will be available on November 8, 2026, and are accessible through December 30, 2026.

How long is the on-demand experience and can I complete it at my own pace?
These recordings are self-paced, allowing you to progress through the material at your own speed. Each session is 1 hour, plus plan on additional time to complete the knowledge check.

I have completed the on-demand session and knowledge check questions, but my completion status is still “in progress.”
You must meet this completion criteria to be marked "complete". Typically, it is the Percentage of audio played that blocks the completion. Please play the training until you have completed at least 70% of the audio. The completion criteria is: 

90% - percentage of slides viewed 

70% - percentage of audio played 

75% - test score needed to pass 

Where can I find my CE/CPD certificate for the on-demand session?
In Brainshark, upon meeting the completion criteria you are auto enrolled in the CE Certificate courses. Go to Learning > My Enrollments then click on your preferred CE certificate course. 

Can I receive a certificate upon completion of the course instead of a CE?
Yes, upon successful completion of the on-demand session, you will receive a certificate of completion. You will also be enrolled in the CE Certificate courses if you choose to generate a CE certificate as well. 

Can more than one person watch the on-demand sessions and earn CEs? Each person must purchase their own blended experience (or on-demand package) to earn a certificate of completion or CEs.

You will have the chance to earn professional credits for all sessions, no matter when you view them, with successful completion of the knowledge checks for understandings. Sessions will be available for viewing through December 30, 2026.  

When will I get access to the on-demand recordings for CEs?
All on-demand sessions will be available on November 8, 2026, and are accessible through December 30, 2026.

CE/CPD CREDITS

What professional organizations will award credits during the event?
While the topic of Mental Health is relevant across the clinical landscape, the 2026 Mental Health Summit is best aligned to meet APA, NASP, AOTA, and ASHA requirements. Other national organizations are not included in this offering, but we encourage registrants to use their professional judgement when submitting to their applicable local, state, or national organization for appropriate credits. Pearson will be able to provide certificates of attendance for each complete session attended live. If you will be needing CEs for ASHA, please have your ASHA ID Number available when registering.

How can I earn CE or CPD credits?

For the live experience package, CE/CPD credits are only available if you attend live for the entire session (50-minute minimum attendance is required for a certificate). Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for 30 days (through November 29, 2026); viewing the recording does not qualify you for professional credits or COAs. 

For the blended experience package, CE/CPD credits are available if you attend live for the entire session (50-minute minimum attendance is required for a certificate).  You can also earn professional credits for the on-demand sessions, regardless of when they are viewed, provided that knowledge checks are successfully completed. On-demand sessions will remain available for viewing through December 30, 2026. 

For the on-demand only package, you will have the chance to earn professional credits for all sessions, no matter when you view them, with successful completion of the knowledge checks for understandings. Sessions will be available for viewing through December 30, 2026.

What about state specific CE Credits?
Because of varying requirements per state, it is up to the individual attendee to determine if the CE credit will meet the needs of their licensures.

How many CE/CPD credits can be earned?
Continuing Education is being coordinated and sponsored by Pearson Assessments. Professional credits will be available if all eligible sessions are attended. The number of CE/CPD credits provided for a session is commensurate to its length in hours.

Are CEs available for multiple organizations?
Yes, please select the box next to each organization that you are requesting when registering.

Will I receive CE/CPD credits if I cannot attend live, but watch the recording?
CE or CPD credits are not available from viewing the recordings in CVENT. If you purchased the blended experience or on-demand option, you could earn CE/CPD credits when you view the on-demand sessions and complete the knowledge check for understanding.

Can I receive partial credits?
No, you must attend the full live session to qualify for the CE/CPD credit. For example, if you attend two live sessions at 1 hour each, you will earn 2 CE/CPD credits. If you attend one live session in full and only part of the other session, you will earn 1 CE/CPD credit. No credit can be given for partial attendance of a session. No credit will be given to participants who are over 10 minutes late at the beginning of the session or leave early. Attendees must be online for a minimum, 50 minutes, to earn credits.

When will I receive my CE/CPD credit certificates or certificates or attendance for attending the live sessions?
CE/CPD certificates and certificates of attendance will be emailed to you approximately 3 weeks after the event from TrainingNoReply@pearson.com. You will get a separate email and certificate for each live session completed. The subject line will include the certificate type, e.g., “Pearson Autism Summit -  -Certificate Session 1”
