Parking Information
Parking is available for those driving to the Wilmington Convention Center (WCC). There are two parking decks--the Convention Center Deck (corner of N. Water Street and Estell Lee Drive) and Skyline Deck (155 Brunswick Street)--and on-street (metered) parking. Click here for rates and additional information.
Hotel Information
There are discounted room blocks at four hotels this year. A limited number of rooms are available at each location SO BOOK EARLY! See below for when the room blocks end. Once our room blocks are full, rooms will be on a first come, first served basis at prevailing published rates.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington is the main symposium hotel (adjacent to the WCC). Additional rooms are available at Aloft by Marriott Wilmington at Coastline Center (0.2 miles / 4 minute walk), Hotel Ballast Wilmington, Tapestry Collection by Hilton (0.3 miles / 6 minute walk), and Hampton Inn Wilmington Downtown (0.5 miles / 10 minute walk). A shuttle is available for attendees staying at Hotel Ballast or Hampton Inn. Shuttle information is below and will be shared again prior to the event.

A shuttle to and from the Wilmington Convention Center is available for attendees staying at Hotel Ballast and Hampton Inn each day of the Fall Symposium. The schedule is as follows:
