This 3 1/2 day course is designed to provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of the function, process, requirements, and settlements of the NYISO markets and products. 

To maximize your learning experience it is recommended you have at least six months industry experience and/or have completed our Market Overview eLearning suite prior to your course participation.

Mission Statement

The Market Training team’s mission is to provide NYISO market and project implementation training and education to stakeholders and NYISO employees, for the purpose of supporting the NYISO’s mission to serve the public interest and provide benefit to consumers.

Market Training Cancellation Policy:

All course fees are due by C.O.B. on the respective course registration close date.

  • Registrations cancelled by C.O.B. on the respective course registration date will receive a full refund.
  • Registrations cancelled after C.O.B. on the respective course registration date up to one business day prior to the course start date will be assessed a late cancellation fee and the cost of any pre-ordered course materials.

-Late cancellation fee assessed as $125 per full day and $50 per half day-

  • Registrations cancelled on or after the course start date or are a no-show to the course will be obligated to pay the full course fee plus the cost of any pre-ordered course materials.
