Submission Guidelines & Requirements
As you prepare your abstract submission to the Workshop, please make note of the following requirements.
- Key Date: Abstract Submission Deadline: September 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM (ET)
- Summaries of new, ongoing, and updated research related to Machine Learning/AI in Cancer will be acceptable for submission and presentation (oral or poster). Please note: case reports are not accepted.
- An Abstract should address scientific questions, detail Machine Learning/AI use in cancer-related clinical operations or research, and/or contain primary scientific data.
- Interim analysis of on-going research will be considered.
- Abstracts should be structed (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions) and no longer than 350 words. The abstract should include a title and all co-authors and their affiliations. One data table or figure is permitted per abstract.
- The first author is responsible for conveying this information to all co-authors. If the first author cannot attend the Workshop, a co-author can be designated as the presenter
