Cash Flow Clarity: Driving Stronger Lending Decisions
Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to analyze personal cash flow and personal tax returns with this in-depth seminar. Our training will assist bankers who originate consumer loans, as well as commercial bankers and underwriters who want to get a clear picture of a guarantor's cash flow. By combining lecture and casework, participants will learn how to calculate sources and uses of personal cash flow and any remaining cash flow to support additional debt. The training will also help identify the availability of excess personal cash flow that could be available to provide additional support to related borrowing requests.

Convenient Location
The seminar will be held at the Robert F. Hatcher, Sr. Conference Center located at Middle Georgia State University - Macon Campus. Centrally located in Georgia and right off of I-75, this venue offers convenience for members from around the state.
