Our SCID Institute is a follow-on program to the Developing a Curriculum (DACUM) training. It picks up where DACUM leaves off and teaches you how to develop components of a competency-based training program. Participation in the DACUM training is a prerequisite.
Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to be able to verify and prioritize tasks and develop competency-based instructional materials such as task analysis, scope and sequence document, on-the-job training (OJT) manual, and performance assessments. Individual work and group instruction are supplemented with instructor coaching and feedback to make it a truly hands-on learning experience.
