What is the cost to attend?

The fee per delegate for IFA member companies is 1750€ or 3000 € for non-member companies.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations received on or before the Refund Deadline of October 1, 2026 will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the total registration amount.

How do I register for sessions and events?

You will have the opportunity to select your events and sessions during registration.

Will there be a mobile App?

Yes! The mobile App will be released about two weeks before the conference starts. You will receive an email when it is available for downloading.

Are guests allowed to attend?

A spouse or child (up to 12 years old) can attend the events (lunch and reception) but needs to be registered.

Will conference presentations be available?

All conference materials including presentations will be available on the event mobile App and on the Attendee hub at the end of each conference day.

I need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

You should mention your passport details during the registration process. In case you require this letter urgently and you are already registered, please send us your request (including passport details).

What is the dress code for the conference? For the social events?

Business attire for the conference and business casual for the welcome reception.
