Lead Management New Hire Training is a mandatory certification program that allows field-based sales/clinical specialists to support cases and deal with customers in the Lead Management space. It is necessary to complete all elements of the training to be allowed to support procedure.

During this course, you will learn about electrophysiology and pacing, different indications for Pace-maker or ICD lead removal, clinical data and recommendations, procedures, product knowledge and safety.

• Identify a lead extraction indication​

• Advise an HCP on procedure setup​

• Know how to use Philips HRM product portfolio for clinical success​

• Understand how to deal to with our competitors​

• Prevent and solve procedure complications
