Speaker: Karl Zeller

Karl Zeller is the Senior Investment Specialist at SS&C ALPS Advisors responsible for developing and communicating the investment approach, insights and positioning of solutions across SS&C ALPS Advisors to clients and prospects. Karl collaborates with the research, portfolio management and distribution teams in the creation and implementation of the firm’s strategy, messaging and content.

Karl has more than two decades of investment management experience. Throughout his career, he has established, enhanced and supported relationships with financial intermediaries, institutional investors and distribution partners across a variety of investment strategies, including alternative investments, real assets and long-only.

Karl joined SS&C ALPS Advisors in 2021 from Wilmington Trust, where he was the Senior Business Development Officer leading distribution of investment management capabilities to financial intermediaries. Prior to that, he was the Senior Product Specialist at CenterSquare Investment Management responsible for Listed Real Estate, Private Real Estate and Listed Infrastructure. Karl’s past experience also includes Turner Investments with a focus on long/short equity, Nuveen Rittenhouse Financial and Legg Mason.

Karl earned a BA in History from the University of Virginia. He started his professional life as a teacher and coach, and an educational approach has carried with him throughout his investment career. Karl has volunteered in various roles and served on multiple boards in the education field.
