Grounded in Coaching for Impact and the Illustrated Guide to Teacher Clarity, participants will learn how to coach for clear learning intentions, meaningful relevance, and high-quality success criteria, while ensuring alignment through the Gradual Release of Responsibility. Using models of coaching (micro, short-cycle, and full-cycle), real-time lesson analysis, and responsive teacher noticing, this experience bridges knowing and doing—equipping participants with the language, tools, and moves to make learning unmistakably clear for every student.
