Presented by the California AfterSchool Network (CAN) in partnership with the California Department of Education (CDE) Expanded Learning Division (ExLD) and the Site Coordinator Network, this unique convening is designed to uplift California’s Site Coordinators, Expanded Learning (EXL), and Out-of-School Time (OST) educators and partners.

The 2027 Symposium is a hybrid experience—choose the format that works best for you:

• In-Person Symposium
  • Thursday, February 4 - Saturday, February 6, 2027  
    DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Fresno Convention Center
• Virtual Symposium
  • Friday, February 27 – Saturday, February 28, 2027
    100% online via Zoom

We welcome all participants and are especially proud to center Site Coordinators and direct-service staff in the EXL/OST field. Site Coordinator tickets are for staff who lead one program, work on-site daily, and interact directly with students and families.
