Page 1: Select Registration Type

On the first page, select your registration type. The default option is Physician. If you choose another category (e.g., Allied Healthcare Professional, Trainee/Resident, Low- and Lower-Middle-Income Countries, or Undergraduate Student), you will be required to upload supporting documentation on the next page. Please review the documentation requirements carefully. Complete all mandatory fields with your contact details. If the invoice needs to be issued to a different individual or organisation, enter the invoicing details in the final field. Click Next to continue.

Page 2: Attendance Type

Select your attendance mode—either in person in Copenhagen or online. If you have chosen a discounted registration type, please upload the required supporting documentation on this page. Click Next to continue.

Page 3: Optional Hotel Booking

If you do not wish to book a room, tick “I will book my own accommodation.”
If you wish to book a room, select “Book now”, choose your check-in and check-out dates, and select the room type (single, double, or twin). Please remember to click 'Submit Booking' to confirm your selection. Click Next to proceed to the next page.

Page 4: Payment Options

Review your contact and registration details and tick “I agree with the terms and conditions.”

Choose your preferred payment method:

•  Credit/Debit Card Payment: Enter your card details and click Submit to complete the payment. Your registration will be confirmed immediately upon successful payment.
•  Bank Transfer Payment: The bank account details for the transfer will be displayed. Copy the details and click Submit. Your registration will remain pending until payment is received.

Page 5: Confirmation

After submitting your payment details, you will be directed to the confirmation page, where your registration number and details will be displayed. An automated confirmation email will be sent to you, including a link to download your invoice.
