A connection with plants and nature can have a profound effect on quality of life. At the UF Therapeutic Horticulture Program, we give students, patients, and other community members a place to engage with plants and practice mindfulness, with the aim of decreasing stress and boosting positivity.

Event guests should park in the O'Connell Center North Lot, just west of the football stadium.
