Authentic Leadership: Capitalizing on Your Individual Strengths (October 27-28, 2026)

Find the way to professional success by utilizing the Six Domains of Leadership Model.

Leading Transformation: Implementing Successful Change (November 10-11, 2026)

Introduces participants to the "how to" of leading change, focusing on three distinct steps of the change process: preparation, implementation and institutionalization.
