The "Ready or Not" business simulation run by the MMEC is a great learning tool for cross functional teams at manufacturing companies. We as a team learned how to work together, communicate, and balance individual functional priorities in order to make decisions that maximize overall business results while having fun and improving team dynamics. I attended a game in February 2026 and it was one of the best business simulations I have ever participated in.  I can recommend it for any team that is struggling and wants to improve. ~ Tim Wilson, Bozeman
