The Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel, 2081 Convention Center Concourse, Atlanta, GA, 30337, two miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and five minutes via the SkyTrain – no need to rent a car if you are arriving by plane!

Abstract Solicitations

We are soliciting abstracts for competitive academic presentations from registered in-person attendees for oral and poster presentations.

The abstract portal will open January 2 and will close May 1, 2026. Notifications to applicants will be provided the second week of June 2026. You must be a registered, in person attendee to submit a structured abstract (no more than 500 words ) to be considered for a presentation. A link to the abstract submission portal, along with specific submission requirements, will be emailed with your in-person registration confirmation email.
