Sponsored Content Specs

Content Submission (Company Description, Logo, and URL)

If your company's description, logo, and/or URL were not added during the registration, please modify your sponsorship registration and input the information on the "Provide Exhibition Information" page.

Content Specs

• Company Description
  • Must be 60 words / 400 characters MAXIMUM
• Company Logo
  • Preferred Format: EPS or AI. Also Allowable Formats: PNG or JPG

Program Ad Specs

Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors are eligible to provide an ad for the conference program.

• Platinum: Full Page | 7.5”w x 9.6”h
• Gold: Half page | 7.5”w x 4.75”h
• Silver: Quarter page | 3.68”w x 4.75”h

Please upload the program ad file or link to download the program ad via the form linked on your "Sponsorship Details At a Glance" page. 

The deadline to submit content is June 26, 2026

If you do not plan to submit a program ad, please notate that within the form.

"Word from Our Sponsor" Guidelines

Platinum Sponsors

Platinum sponsors have the option to provide an in-person timed speech during their respective “Word from Our Sponsor” segment.

• 60 SECONDS MAXIMUM

Please submit the name (with phonetic spelling) and title of the individual who will be speaking on behalf of your company via the form linked on your "Sponsorship Details At a Glance" page. 

If you do not plan to provide an in-person speech, please notate that within the form.

Gold Sponsors

Gold sponsors have the option to provide a pre-recorded video to show during their respective “Word from Our Sponsor” segment.

• 60 SECONDS MAXIMUM

Video Requirements

1. The video cannot exceed your respective time limit. If your video exceeds your respective time limit, the file will be returned to you to trim it. 
2. Must include your company's logo at the start of the video
3. Must be sent in a .mp4 format

NOTE: The aspect ratio of the screen the videos will be played on is 16:9.
