Easton Park by Brookfield Residential. Located just 12 miles from downtown Austin, Easton Park is a vibrant 2,700-acre master-planned community celebrating the best of Austin living. Each of the community's 11 distinct neighborhoods is named for a famous park from around the world, connected by 13+ miles of trails and anchored by a 14,000-square-foot amenity center. This year marks the community's 10th anniversary — making it a fitting moment to see what intentional placemaking looks like a decade in.
Check-in will begin at 12:15 p.m. and the bus will leave exactly at 12:30 p.m.
Stop 1: Community First! Mobile Loaves & Fishes' master-planned neighborhood that provides affordable, permanent housing and a supportive community for the chronically homeless in Central Texas. Community First! Village will be home to about 1900 neighbors spread across 157 acres.
Stop 2: ICON's factory - Go behind the curtain of ICON's robotics construction systems, which 3D print everything from dense urban infill and luxury residential to affordable housing and innovative commercial spaces.
