What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received on or before December 31, 2026 - Eligible for a 50% refund of registration fee
Beginning January 1, 2027 - All registrations; Non-refundable
No-shows, early departures and late arrivals - Non-refundable
The Summit entry fees are non-transferable to other shows or non-event services.

When is The Summit?
The Summit takes place Tuesday, February 23 - Friday, February 26 in Monaco.

May I bring a guest to The Summit?
Guest Attendance
Invited attendees may request to bring a spouse, partner or personal guest as part of their own registration process.
The Guest Fee is reserved exclusively for spouses, partners and friends; business-related guests are not eligible to register under this category.
Guest invitations are subject to approval by The Summit team. Providing a guest’s name and email address does not constitute an invitation or completed registration. Due to limited availability, guest passes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A guest’s registration is considered complete only after they have received their individual invitation, completed their registration and payment, and received a confirmation email.
Guest Fee: $2,000
The Guest Fee includes access to all Summit events, including daytime programming at the Grimaldi Forum, the All Stars Party, Red Carpet & Champagne Reception, Gala Dinner and Gala Dinner Afterglow.
Guest fees must be paid by credit card and are not eligible for invoicing.

How can I download the event app?
The Summit App will launch in February 2027 and will include an attendee directory, photo gallery, event agenda, Discovery Session details and more.
You’ll be prompted to enter the email address used to register, along with your registration confirmation number. Your confirmation number can be found in your confirmation email with the subject line “Registration Confirmation: 2027, Monaco,” or it can be requested directly within the app.
When should I arrive?
Event check-in and early access to select activations and sessions will begin on Tuesday, February 23 at 10:00 a.m. Dinner will be at your leisure on Tuesday evening.
February 24 and 25 will be full-day programming with evening events.
Departures will take place on Friday, February 26.
What is the dress code?
Daytime Activities: Business Casual
All Stars Party: Cocktail
Gala Dinner: Black Tie
May I attend both Gala experiences during the evening?
To ensure the best experience for all guests, attendees are asked to remain at their selected Gala for the duration of the evening.
Both Gala experiences feature assigned seating and distinct culinary programming. All guests will begin the evening together at the Red Carpet & Champagne Reception and reunite afterward at Jimmy'z for the official Summit closing celebration.
Are both Gala experiences the same length, and is the dress code the same?
Yes. Both Gala experiences take place simultaneously, conclude at the same time and share the same Black Tie dress code.
If I represent an Edge List property, am I required to attend The Edge List Gala?
No. All eligible attendees may select the Gala experience they prefer, regardless of whether they represent an Edge List property.
Why don't I see both Gala options during registration?
Select attendees have been pre-assigned their Gala evening. If only one Gala option is displayed during registration, your Thursday evening experience has been pre-selected for you to best compliment your overall agenda for the week as a hosted guest of Forbes Travel Guide.
Can I change my Gala selection after I register, or confirm which Gala I selected?
Yes. If you would like to request a change or confirm your selected Gala experience, please contact The Summit Support team. We will be happy to assist, subject to availability.
