ASCP Central New York Chapter and the New York Upstate ADLM at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, Verona, New York.

With a combined membership of nearly 250 members, this annual meeting will be the largest Clinical Diagnostics Conference in Central New York.

ASCPCNY and NYUADLM are both very active and network on a regular basis concerning diagnostic solutions and innovations in Laboratory Medicine.

This meeting provides vendors with an excellent opportunity to interact with a group of individuals who have significant decision making and purchasing responsibilities in their respective organizations. Attendees will have the chance to earn Continuing Education Credits, Network with Peers, and Visit State of the Art Vendor Exhibits.

"Day Before" Set-up - The decorator and electricians will have all booths set up in the afternoon of November 4th, 2026: Vendors will be able to arrange their displays anytime after 12 PM, before 9PM.
Single ($1500), Double ($2200) and Triple ($3000) booths available
Exhibit Hall Only and Exhibit Hall with Lunch Passes will be available to further increase the utility of the show for a nominal charge. Many vendors utilize the show as a staging area to demo their instruments and/or products and invite clients to the Exhibit Hall.

Lunch Tickets for Thursday (quantity based on booth size)
Vendors are given an attendee list before the conference begins, and an updated list after the conference.

This year, we have chosen not to hold a wine and cheese reception and instead have enhanced our breakfast and lunch offerings to provide an improved dining experience throughout the event.

Vendors who provide sponsorship for this will be recognized with a sign where the food is being served, and on the agenda. In order for the signs to be made, we would need sponsorships by October 15th.
