The FMI Field Leader Institute is a tightly structured three-day program in which industry professionals examine themselves and the impact they have on their organizations through a variety of hands-on, interactive experiences. The program provides benefits on both an individual and organizational level. As a leader of your company, you will learn how you can reach your peak potential as a leader.

- Day One 1:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Day Two 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Day Three 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
NOTE:
- The Nature Place is approximately 1.5 hours from the Colorado Springs Airport
- The Nature Place is approximately 2.5 hours from the Denver Airport
The registration fee for the FMI Field Leader Institute is $5,900.00 and includes:
- Lodging: private bedroom and bath (FMI will make arrangements for 3 nights)
- Meals: day one lunch through day three lunch
- All program instruction and materials
- Certificate of completion for continuing education credits
No payment is collected at the time of registration; an invoice will be sent 2-6 weeks before the program.
Attire is casual
Jeans and comfortable shoes (tennis shoes, or similar) are acceptable all week. This program is held at High Altitude (8600 ft) and the weather varies all year. Click HERE to check weather at Florissant, CO, and be prepared to dress in layers to accommodate varying temperatures.
Cancel/Reschedule Policy - If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, you may do so up to 30 days prior to the program start date with no financial penalty. Due to the costs incurred to hold your registration, canceling or rescheduling between 8-29 days prior to the event will result in a $250 fee. Canceling or rescheduling within 7 days prior to the event will result in $1000 fee. The program coordinator must receive your written cancellation in order to process any refunds. Non Solicitation Policy - Program Participant agrees that during the program and for a one (1) year period after the end date of the program, the Participant shall not in any manner whatsoever, directly or indirectly, solicit another Program Participant to leave their current organization or join any Program Participant’s organization as an employee.
