Cancellation Policy
In-Person Registration: Cancellations made by Friday, September 18, 2026, will receive a full refund.
A $100.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund if cancellations are received after Friday, September 18, 2026. No refunds will be issued if canceled within less than 72 hours. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated.
Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, airline, and/or other company.
Virtual Registration: Cancellations made by Thursday, October 1, 2026, will receive a full refund.
A $100.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund if cancellations are received after Thursday, October 1, 2026. If you do not cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of whether you participated.
Additional Information
Attendance at either the in-person or virtual NPC 2026 will make Trust policyholders eligible to save 15% on their Trust Sponsored Professional Liability insurance policy for two consecutive renewal periods. Please submit your certificates totaling at least 6 CEs from NPC 2026 sessions with your renewal. Please visit The Trust's discounts page for details.
