This two-part webinar series provides a high-level introduction to Medicare Provider Enrollment Basics for both new and experienced professionals. Participants will gain foundational knowledge of the enrollment process, including key terminology, CMS forms, provider and supplier requirements, business structure considerations, screening levels, application fees, site visits, revalidation policies, and NPI enumeration.

The series is designed to prepare attendees for more advanced Medicare enrollment topics at MPECC or to serve as a practical refresher for organizations training new team members.

Discuss the overall Medicare enrollment process and resources available to assist with proper disclosures. 
Define which provider/suppliers are eligible to enroll in the Medicare program and the types of enrollment forms which should be utilized. 
Explain key definitions for recognizing the proper disclosures needed within the Medicare enrollment.
Recognize the enrollment screening levels and when application fees and site visits are applicable.

Discuss current NPI Enumeration policies and considerations for individual practitioners and organizations.
