- Full Name,
- Contact Email Address, and
- the name of the Admission Item (or Course(s)) for which you'd like to be waitlisted.
You will receive an email-confirmation for your request. If an Admission Item becomes available, you will be email-notified and have 12 hours to respond before the next Waitlisted-person is notified of the opportunity.
