Exhibitor Registration
The deadline to register an exhibit booth is October 30, 2026. There is no fee to register for an exhibit booth.
Booth Date/Time: All exhibit booths will be set up on Wednesday, November 18 from 7:00 am - 8:30 am. Booths will be open from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Exhibitors per booth: Each exhibit booth can bring up to 2 individuals within your organization that are participating in your booth.
Logo: Email your company logo to Megan at memccan@ilstu.edu after submitting your booth registration.
Cancellation Deadline: While there is no fee to attend as an exhibitor, if you register and are no longer able to attend, please notify us as soon as possible as it may open up a booth spot for someone else. Email Meg at mdrhoa1@ilstu.edu.
