The NextGen Immersion Program is a 12-month program that introduces aspiring leaders and influencers to the world of credit union advocacy, equipping them with valuable learning experiences while helping them build a strong network of industry professionals.

This program is ideal for:

  • Emerging credit union professionals looking to expand their network and deepen their engagement in the movement. The NextGen Immersion Program delivers the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to grow your impact and advance your career.
  • Credit unions committed to developing the next generation of leaders. This program offers a meaningful pathway to foster advocacy, professional growth, and alignment with the credit union mission.

Participants in this twelve-month program will:

  • Develop new skills and knowledge to support career advancement. 
  • Engage with leaders across California, Utah and Nevada to expand their professional network. 
  • Learn and practice advocating for members and credit unions. 
  • Foster a deeper understanding and passion for the credit union movement. 
  • Improve confidence by adopting new behaviors.
  • Locate and familiarize oneself with a myriad of available credit union resources.
