The Future of AI is Rising at WSSU

The RISE AI Summit is Winston-Salem State University's inaugural convening on artificial intelligence, innovation, and the future of learning, work, and community impact. Reflecting WSSU's commitment to innovation with purpose, the summit brings together educators, students, industry leaders, researchers, civic partners, and community voices to explore how AI can be used ethically, creatively, and strategically to shape what comes next.

More than a conversation about technology, the summit is about access, readiness, student success, academic innovation, and community impact as WSSU prepares the next generation of leaders for a rapidly evolving world. The summit will feature a dynamic lineup of scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders whose expertise spans education, industry, and society, offering perspectives that center innovation, ethics, collaboration, and real-world application.
