*The IECMH Initiative is a collaborative effort between the Office of Child and Family Services at the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and Virginia Commonwealth University's Partnership for People with Disabilities.
This collaboration and annual virtual conference is made possible with support from our largest funder, the Infant & Toddler Connection of Virginia at DBHDS, and from the Virginia Department of Education's Early Childhood Special Education and Head Start State Collaboration Office, Early Impact Virginia, and the Partnership for People with Disabilities at VCU.
