Full Membership (Article VI, Section 1, A)
City manager/administrator;
Deputy/assistant city manager/administrator;
Senior staff to a city manager/administrator;
Full-time manager/administrator to a planned community or property owner associations as shall be recognized by ACMA as being the same essential nature as city manager/administrator cities;
Chief appointed manager/administrator in office of Mayor; or
Any department head in an Arkansas city operating under city manager/administrator form.
Full Membership – Annual Dues
$ 3.00 per thousand dollars annual salary; or
$ 150.00, whichever is greater
The Full Membership fee is salary-based with $150 being the minimum fee. If you salary is greater than $50,000/year, please call Tricia Zello and provide her with your fee amount based on the $3.00 per $1,000 calculation.
Associate Member (Article VI, Section 1, B)
Managerial, administrative, department head, or division director in any Arkansas city.
Administrative Assistant to office of city manager/administrator;
Full-time manager/administrator of a planned community or property owner’s association NOT recognized by ACMA;
Administrative assistants in office of Mayor or County Judge;
Managerial, administrative, department head, or division director in any Arkansas city operating in Mayor-Council form of government; or
Executive Director or chief manager/administrator of a council form of government or planning and development district in Arkansas.
Associate Membership – Annual Dues
$ 2.50 per thousand dollars annual salary; or
$ 125.00, whichever is greater
The Associate Membership fee is salary-based with $125 being the minimum fee. If you salary is greater than $50,000/year. please call Tricia Zello and provide her with your fee amount based on the $2.50 per $1,000 calculation.
Affiliate Member (Article VI, Section, 1, C)
Mayors and County Judges;
Chief county manager/administrator appointed by a County Judge;
Any person interested in the objectives of the ACMA.

Any full-time student enrolled in an institution of higher learning in Arkansas who intends to pursue a career in local government.
