CEO Summit 2026 Registration & Hotel Policies 

Registration Cancellations  
All Cancellations must be submitted by January 28, 2026,  to be eligible for a refund less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be available after January 28, 2026.  

Cancellations can be processed by logging back into your registration or by submitting a written request to events@advadmed.org  

Registration Substitutions  
Registrations may not be transferred as the AdvaMed® CEO Summit is an invitation only event.  

Guest Registration  
Spouses/Companions wishing to participate in networking events and activities must purchase an individual registration badge.  

Hotel Cancellation Policy
The 2026 CEO Summit hotel requires a room deposit equaling the one room night room and tax, which may be charged to the credit card as early as  Friday, February 6, 2026. No refunds will be available for no-shows, or changes or cancellations made after this date.  

Hotel Information: 

The AdvaMed CEO Summit has secured a block of rooms at the Phoenician Scottsdale.

Upon completing your registration, you will be able to submit your hotel reservation requests.  Please note to ensure you receive a room at the discounted rate all reservations must be made by February 17, 2026. 

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served bases. Please make your hotel reservations before February 17, 2026. After this date, the quoted hotel room rate and availability can not be guaranteed.
