Dental Professionals: Admission includes access to all General Sessions, Educational Courses, CE, Exhibit Hall, Meals, and Evening Entertainment (valued at $500).

Guests: These registration types are for non-Dental, non-HCP attendees that would like to attend DSW with a Dental attendee. If your guest is a Dental Professional or Health Care Provider, they will need to register under the appropriate admission item and not one of the below.

• All Access Guests: Access to all General Sessions, Exhibit Hall, Meals served in the Exhibit Hall, and Evening Entertainment (valued at $500). Does not include access to Educational Courses, not eligible for CE.
• Entertainment Only Guests: Access is only permitted during Evening Entertainment. This registration type is not permitted into General Session, Educational Courses, Exhibit Hall (including exhibit hall receptions), or meals. Does not include access to Educational Courses, not eligible for CE.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to July 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET will be subject to a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 11:59 PM ET on July 15, 2024 through September 1, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET will be subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations requested after 11:59 PM ET on September 1, 2024. These cancellation time frames and corresponding refund amounts apply to all registration types, including VIP & Entertainment Only passes.
