Do you agree to the terms of the Media Release?
When providing consent to the media relelase form, you consent to (1) being photographed and videotapped; and (2) CalCAPA's use, reproduction, and dissemination of your video, image, and likeness in media of all types, including but not limited to: print and online publications, without further authroization from or payment to you. You release CalCAPA from any liability or claims you now have or may have in the future relating to such use, reproduction, and dissemination.
