The 36th Annual Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN) Symposium, Revolutionizing Performance Nutrition, will be held in Boston, Massachusetts, March 21-23, 2020. The 2020 symposium will explore, challenge, and discuss revolutionizing evidence-based nutrition research, science, practice, and policy.

The aims of the 2020 Symposium are:

  1. To equip SCAN members and their allies to help individuals maximize health and human performance
  2. Convey best nutrition practices for sport, physical activity, cardiovascular health, and well-being

The 2020 symposium program will focus on providing attendees with tools to support clients, patients, athletes, and first responders to perform to their peak potential, and also assist with career development.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

SCAN Members: Active 2019-2020 SCAN members receive the SCAN member pricing. If you are not a member, join today to get the discounted rate along with other year-round benefits. SCAN student members receive a discounted rate.

February 7, 2020: Early Bird Registration Deadline.
After February 7, 2020 a $50 and $25 increase will be applied to Full Registration Rates for Professionals and Students, respectively, and a $10 increase will be applied to all Daily Registration Rates.

Guest Fee: Guests must be 16 years of age or older and may not be current Academy members or eligible for Academy membership. Guest fees include Opening and Closing Sessions, Expo access, SCAN Awards Lunch, and the SCAN Opening Reception. A name badge is required for admittance to the above activities. Guests cannot attend educational sessions or earn CPEs. A fee of $70 will be charged per Guest.

Cancellation Policy: Symposium registration is refundable, a fee of $50 will be applied to any registration cancellation after the February 7, 2020 Early Bird Deadline.
