GBA’s negotiated nightly rate is $172 for a standard room.

The cut-off date for reservations at the GBA rate is Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and rooms may sell out before that date.  Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.

PARKING

Parking fee: $12 for overnight parking and $16 daily parking.

Parking for the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Decatur Downtown/Emory (located at 130 Clairemont Ave) is available in an attached underground parking garage. The hotel is located in the dense downtown Decatur area, so there are a few important details to know before you arrive.

  • On-Site Parking: The hotel offers underground/covered self-parking. The rate is generally around $12 per 24 hours for registered hotel guests.
  • The Garage Space: Be aware that the underground garage is known for having narrow spaces and some tricky concrete pillars. Take it slow when navigating and be mindful of your vehicle's doors.
  • Height Restriction: The garage has a height clearance of 6' 10".

If you prefer to find an alternative or are driving an oversized vehicle, the surrounding area has several municipal options.

  • Nearby Garages: The Artisan Garage and the Decatur Town Center Deck are both just a 2 to 6-minute walk from the hotel.
