This three-day training will bring together attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial experts to learn the collaborative divorce process—an interdisciplinary, client-centered alternative to traditional litigation. Through presentations led by nationally recognized leaders in the field, participants will examine the principles, ethics, team dynamics, and practical application of collaborative practice, with an emphasis on helping families resolve divorce and related matters outside of the courtroom. Attendees will have the opportunity to join a collaborative practice group at the conclusion of the training.
