Enatai Educators will meet on designated Wednesday for professional development, in which they can earn clock hours. We will come together to learn different aspects that will support our Equity Imperative, "At Enatai, we are committed to accelerating growth of students below grade level by building on strong Tier 1 reading instruction and strategically implementing Tier 2 supports for learners who enter below grade level. Through intentional collaboration among and across teams, we identify student needs and plan targeted interventions. We leverage our people and resources systemically—guided by data and grounded in the science of reading—to ensure every student receives the support necessary to thrive and succeed."
