Yes, we are excited to be in-person with you in San Marcos, TX. 

What is the registration deadline?

How do I modify my registration?

There is a link on the registration confirmation email you received after registering: "modify my registration". 

What if I register, but then cannot attend?

This registration is non-refundable.  Registration may be transferred to another individual if the request is made by Friday, January 22. 

Can I bring a guest?

No, everyone attending the conference must register and pay a registration fee. 

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, we will not be recording any of the keynote or breakout sessions.

Will there be a special group rate for this year’s conference?

No, there are no special group rates for the conference this year.

How do TWC Professionals register?

Reach out to the state office for guidance. They'll provide you with the necessary details to register for the conference.

If I am a speaker for a breakout session, do I still need to register?

Yes, if you submitted an abstract that was accepted for a breakout session, you will need to register and pay for the conference and cover your own travel expenses to San Marcos, TX.

Will CRC credits be offered for the conference this year?

Yes, we will be offering CRC credits for the conference.
