The Texas Transition Conference (TTC) is an annual event organized by the Center on Disability and Development (CDD) at Texas A&M University. It offers valuable information and strategies to support youth with disabilities in their journey from school to successful adult lives.

Conference History and Evolution

The Texas Transition Conference began in 2007. Since its inception, TTC has consistently focused on providing valuable content and networking opportunities. The conference has evolved over the years, adapting to challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic, incorporating virtual and hybrid formats. Our event is designed to attract a large and dedicated audience, consistently targeting 500 in-person attendees to maximize opportunities for networking and collaboration.
