Overview

Sorors and Affiliates,

Welcome to Tampa, Florida, and to the 61st Biennial Boule of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.! With joy in our hearts and purpose in our steps, we gather in a city as dynamic, diverse, and inspiring as the sisterhood we share.

Tampa, with its stunning waterfronts, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant entertainment scene, offers the perfect backdrop for a gathering of trailblazing women and our beloved affiliates. Whether you are strolling through the historic charm of Ybor City, enjoying the thrills of Busch Gardens, exploring the scenic Tampa Riverwalk, or soaking up the sun at Clearwater Beach—this city invites you to discover, connect, and rejuvenate.

Yet, beyond the palm trees and picturesque views lies the true reason we have convened: to advance the legacy and fortify the future of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.

This Boule marks a pivotal moment in our history—one that calls for our collective focus, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to service and excellence. Throughout this week, we will engage in:

• Strategic Governance and Organizational Advancement: Conducting official business meetings to address constitutional amendments, policy enhancements, and leadership transitions.

• Leadership Development and Member Enrichment: Participating in powerful workshops, insightful panels, and robust training sessions to elevate our leadership, financial literacy, advocacy, and professional growth.

• Networking and Sisterhood Engagement: Creating intentional spaces to build bonds, celebrating achievements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

• Service and Community Impact: Leaving a lasting imprint through our five essential programs, civic engagement, and advocacy—ensuring our presence in Tampa is powerful, purposeful, and enduring.

Sorors and affiliates, you are the heartbeat of our sisterhood. Your presence here signifies not only your dedication but your belief in the power of ONE SIGMA.

Let us embrace this moment, uplift one another, and boldly step into the next chapter of our extraordinary journey.

With Sisterly Love and Purpose,

Marica Harris
