The registration fee includes the evening welcome event, training materials and meals during the conference.

• Early Bird Rate: $700 USD (Register by May 31)
• Standard Rate: $800 USD (Applicable on registration after Monday, June 1)
• Registration closes on Saturday, August 31.

Cancellation & Refund policy:

• 100% refund on the registration fee if you cancel by June 30
• 50% refund on the registration fee if you cancel between July 1st and August 15th
• No refund on cancellations after August 15th

CO-SPONSOR FEE

Co-Sponsor - $2,500 USD

The sponsorship fee includes everything in the general registration fee plus the following:

• One (1) speaking opportunity 
• One (1) exhibit table set up throughout the conference 
• Your company logo on the registration website and agenda 
• One (1) additional complimentary co-sponsor registration for a colleague
