Welcome to the registration for FMI's Leadership Institute. You can register multiple attendees for different sessions. 

• If  you are attending the program, please choose your session dates below, then click "NEXT" to complete your registration.   
• If  you are NOT attending this program, but are registering for someone else, please fill in the attendee's name, email address, and CC email address on the next page and select "Click here if registering on behalf of the attendee". Fill in your name and email address. Click "NEXT" to complete the registration. When complete, you will have the opportunity to register others.
• The tuition fee includes all program instruction, materials, meals, and a certificate of completion. Lodging is not included. Please refer to the confirmation email for logistical information such as the course location and lodging options. 
• In preparation for this program, it will be required for you to complete two assessments.
