Our exhibit booths are sold out. If you were not able to secure a booth, we encourage you to sign up on the waitlist.
If we have cancellations, we'll work from that list to fill any available booth inventory.

Benefits of Exhibiting

  • Exhibition Hall will be open 2 days with 6 hours of dedicated exhibit time
  • First 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth space comes with 3 registered exhibitor personnel
  • Power drops for each booth will be available at reasonable costs
  • Opportunity to participate in Walking Sessions and present from your booth
  • All booths with be carpeted and include one 6-foot table and 2 chairs
  • Larger bulk exhibit spaces will be available for Large Equipment displays
  • Opportunity to purchase Lead Retrieval app for use on your own smart phones

Exhibition Hall Attractions

  • Attendee’s lunch time meal vouchers on Tuesday will be redeemable in the exhibition hall
  • The sponsored Mobile Device Charging Lounge will be available in the exhibition hall to attract more attendees to visit our exhibitors
  • Seating area located in the exhibition hall that can be used for business meetings and internet café
  • Meter Mania and other competitions inside the exhibition hall to attract more attendance

  • Tuesday and Wednesday Happy Hours located in the exhibition hall prior to the Conference Dinner Social
