General Information

Group Registration - Register up to 30 attendees at the same time. Assumes all attendees are non-members.
AWWA Utility Members - Register up to 30 attendees at member pricing rates. If you select Utility Member Attendee from the drop down box for registration type, the email domain of those being registered will be verified automatically against a list of email domain names provided by AWWA.
Parking Vouchers - Your online confirmation will provide a link to a parking voucher for each day of the conference you have registered to attend. Print it out and bring it with you to the conference to receive FREE parking. You must park in the Convention Center East Garage located on 5th Street between Washington and Jefferson. This is the only parking facility that will accept the parking voucher.
Modify Registration – Easily login to your registration profile using your confirmation number which will be located in your confirmation email, to change details about your conference experience. If a refund is due to you based on your modification, our registration staff will process it back to the credit card originally utilized. If payment was made by check, we ask that you send a request in writing to AZ Water for processing by our AZ Water Treasurer. Please allow up to 14 business days for refund processing.
On-Site Check-In - You will NOT receive a confirmation package in the mail prior to the conference. Upon arriving at the conference, you will check-in using a kiosk similar to what you’d experience at the airport. You will enter your name on a touchscreen and your name badge and meal tickets will print out on-site. Other related conference materials will be available for pickup at the same time.
