Organic Week 2026 comes at a pivotal moment for the organic sector. As consumer demand continues to grow and the industry evolves, the need for a strong, unified voice has never been more important. The Organic Trade Association (OTA) remains at the forefront—advancing policy, strengthening market opportunities, and championing the integrity of organic across the full value chain.
This year, we invite you to join us in Washington, D.C. at the historic Willard Intercontinental for Organic Week 2026—where the theme “Organic Starts With You” brings together the people behind organic to highlight the role each of us plays in growing and protecting the industry. From farmers and brands to retailers, certifiers, and advocates, this is where individual impact becomes collective momentum.
Over the course of 72 hours, we’ll focus on advancing organic priorities, advocacy, tackling the complex challenges facing the sector, and creating actionable solutions for the future.
Organic Week 2026 is your opportunity to connect, engage, and help shape the next chapter of organic growth, integrity, and leadership.

The Momentum Behind Organic Starts With You:
The organic sector continues to demonstrate strong, sustained growth—driven by consumer demand for health, transparency, and trust. According to the latest Organic Market Report, U.S. organic sales reached $76.6 billion in 2025, growing at 6.8%—double the rate of the overall marketplace.
From fresh produce and grocery to dairy, beverages, and emerging categories, organic remains a standout in a crowded landscape. The USDA Organic seal continues to be one of the most trusted labels, helping consumers make confident choices for their families and the planet.
This momentum doesn’t happen by accident—it’s the result of the people behind organic. From farmers and businesses to retailers, certifiers, and advocates, every role across the value chain contributes to the strength and success of the industry.
That’s why this year’s theme, Organic Starts With You, is at the center of Organic Week 2026. Together, we’ll build on this momentum—aligning on priorities, strengthening our shared voice, and shaping what comes next for organic.
