Registration Rates

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund, less a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be processed on receipt of a written request submitted up to 30 days of Event commencement. Cancellations within 30 days of Event commencement are non-refundable. Accommodation cancellations are non-refundable unless the booking can be re-sold.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and direct bank transfer (EFT). Payment instructions will be provided on your invoice or during the registration process.

Please note payments must be completed during the registration process or on receipt of invoice to confirm your attendance or accommodation booking.
