Join utility leaders from across North America as the CIS Collaborative comes to New York, bringing together utility professionals focused on Customer Information System strategy, implementation, and innovation.

This event is for Utilities Only, with sponsor participation. Non-sponsoring Vendors will not be allowed to attend. Our system classifies companies into two categories. Make your selection based on the definitions below to start the registration process:

1. UTILITY – those who offer utility services such as gas, water, electric, etc. to their customers (municipalities, customer service centers, co-ops, independently owned utility companies, etc).

2. SPONSOR - (Opens 8/5/26) companies who are sponsoring CIS Collaborative. These vendor companies sell products and services (software, billing, consulting) to the entities who provide utility services.

The CIS Collaborative Attendee registration fee includes admittance to the Wednesday Networking Reception, Thursday breakfast and lunch, and all sessions.
