Dress Code: Military attendees should wear UOD (Flight Suits or OCPs if applicable). Industry and government civilians should opt for business casual attire. Presenters will follow the same guidelines.

Important Reminder: Cancellations within 29 days will NOT be refunded, as symposium materials, food, and beverage will have already been secured.

Exhibitor and Attendee Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations will be honored up to 90 days in advance of the event. Cancellations made outside of 90 days will be issued a full refund (excluding credit card fees) by the same method as payment was made. Cancellations made within 89 days, but before 60 days, will be issued a partial refund equal to 50% of the amount paid (excluding credit card fees).  Cancellations made within 59 days, but before 30 days, will be issued a partial refund equal to 25% of the amount paid (excluding credit card fees).  Cancellations made within 29 days will NOT be issued a refund.  (See Sponsor page for Sponsor cancellation policies)
