Artificial Intelligence for Credit Union Executives & Senior Leaders:
Directing AI to Drive Business Success
This Session is Hybrid | Attend Remotely or In-Person
Johns Hopkins University in collaboration with the MD|DC Credit Union Association presents an innovative one-day AI business strategy program tailored to Credit Union Executives and Senior Leaders.
Program Description
AI is becoming a strategic imperative for financial institutions—not simply a tool for reducing costs. This one-day executive program will help credit union leaders understand how AI can drive growth, accelerate decision-making, improve member experience, and strengthen competitive position.
Through real-world financial-services case studies, participants will examine AI applications in lending, frontline service, risk management, and generative AI; explore responsible AI and human + AI operating models; and learn how to evaluate opportunities using the R.O.A.D. Management Framework.
The program will also challenge leaders to move beyond isolated AI projects and define an enterprise AI North Star—a vision for how AI can be embedded across the organization. Participants will leave with practical priorities, governance considerations, and actionable next steps for leading AI adoption at their credit union.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion and earn 1.0 Johns Hopkins University CEU.
